We will ship all in-stock merchandise with in 24 hours of your credit card being processed. Credit card orders are not charged until they leave our warehouse. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
We ship via UPS. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes so please provide a street address with your order. If a P.O. Box is your only shipping option, we can ship your order via US Postal Service. Please all us at 978-335-1111 to ensure your order ships via this method.
Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by UPS or USPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $10. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO

You will receive an order confirmation via email once we have received your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation via UPS QUANTUMVIEW once your order has been shipped.
If you are not happy with the purchase you’ve made, just return your items within 14 days for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are returning something because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, DeathWish Piano Movers will arrange for a pick-up for this item(s). Please give us a call at 978-335-1111.
DeathWish Piano Movers will provide a refund on all merchandise purchased over the internet. All articles must be in saleable condition. We will only accept returns for items that have not be worn, altered or washed. Items must have all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse credit if the items do not meet the above criteria. In addition, if any item was a special order or a sale item, it is not refundable.

For your security, please return the item(s) with an insured carrier and retain your receipt. DeathWish Piano Movers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving them.
We will process an exchange within 14 days of purchase for unused items. There will be times when this 14 days is almost impossible to meet due to the nature of our business. We understand that gifts are given and the 14 days will lapse even before the recipient has received the gift. Rest assured, we will work with you.
